Hello everyone or anyone that reads this blog. This is my first day starting this blog and I am just a lil bit worried on what others would say when they read this.
Let me start off by telling u a lil bit about myself. I am a 24 year old black female. My height is 5'9 my current weight is 262lbs. The reason I have decided to create a blog, was to show case my journey as I try to finally lose weight!
So I have giving myself 11months to lose this weight! and when I mean weight I do mean 80-100lbs of extra FAT on my body. I don't want to be skinny, but I do want to be healthy. Please don't get it twisted by me saying I want to be 80lb to 100lbs lighter meaning that I want to be skinny, b/c I am not trying to be a the shape of a "ruler", but rather the shape of a healthy person ( that could mean different things to different people). I just want to be healthy for myself and for my family.
I hope by writing how feel about my past weight (173lbs) and current weight (262lbs) will help me better understand the meaning of being "SKINNY" or "FAT". I know many people dont like to say those words b/c they feel its wrong and it would hurt peoples feelings. But sometimes you must hear the truth to finally make a change.
